Externship Opportunities

Get fully immersed in Making People Happy.  Complete your externship at Crafted Hospitality.  Our externships provide students with opportunities to be part of a dynamic culinary team, enhance skills and knowledge of food service preparation and teamwork.  We provide a supportive learning environment where each student leaves with a well-rounded experience. 


  • Learn from chef and sous chefs regarding all aspects of daily preparation for service.
  • Gain a comprehensive overview of proper food handling and safety procedures.
  • Participate in AM prep/production, butchering, garde manger station set up and execution.
