Executive Director of Finance
Robert Goodman is a native New Yorker who has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. After graduating from Queens College as an Accounting and Information Systems major he worked in Public Accounting for almost 4 years. Rob then started his career in the hospitality industry, working for a night club/restaurant in the Chelsea area. In 1995, six months after Tom Colicchio and Danny Meyer opened Gramercy Tavern, Rob became the Controller for Union Square Café. He went on to become the Corporate Controller for Union Square Hospitality Group and oversaw the accounting department through the openings of Tabla, Eleven Madison Park and Blue Smoke. Rob has also worked as a Vice President for Payroll Computing Services and as Director of Finance for Jean-Georges Management. Eventually things came full circle, Rob ended up working with Tom Colicchio once again. He is currently the Executive Director of Finance for Crafted Hospitality.
